Senior Pastor
Pastor Mark LaRue is a visionary pastor with over 34 years of ministry experience. He is a graduate of SkyView Academy, Crichton College, Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary and the Master’s Divinity School of Evansville, IN.
Mark and his wife, Kimsey, were married in August of 1990. They have three sons, Taylor (Madison), Tim (Ciara), and Trenton (Kaylee). They have four living grandchildren and one grandchild in heaven.
Rusty Eason
Minister of Music
Rusty has served the Lord in music ministry since 1975. He came to Ridgeway as part time minister of music in August of 2021. He and Susan have been married 47 years, have 2 children and 6 grandchildren.
Randy Chapman
Children’s/Recreation Pastor
Randy joined the RBC on June 1,2004 after being a church member for eighteen years. He previously worked at FedEx for twenty-two years. He has volunteered, assisted, or led in almost every ministry of RBC. He and his wife, Lisa, have three grown sons and three grandchildren. He enjoys all sports, reading biographies and history and supporting his family in whatever activity they are participating in. His life verse is Psalm 56:3.
Cade Locklear
Student Pastor
Cade joined the RBC staff in May of 2023. He and his wife Gina have been married since 2021. He currently attends Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary pursuing a degree in Christian Ministries. He enjoys the great outdoors, sports, and his wife’s cooking.
