Randy Chapman was a native Memphian, where he lived for forty years until he moved across the border to Olive Branch, Mississippi. Randy graduated from Elliston Baptist Academy in 1981. He then attended Memphis State University, where he majored in education. Randy met Lisa, the love of his life, at the Baptist Student Union on the Memphis State Campus, and they were married in 1986. They are now the parents of Jacob (22), Caleb (19), and Luke (17).
Randy enjoys playing all sports, especially basketball. Randy also enjoys reading autobiographies, and watching his sons participate in the many various activities that goes along with having three boys. Randy also enjoys eating at McAlister’s with his wife, Lisa .
Randy has been a member of Ridgeway Baptist since February 1986, and has been on staff since June 2004. Randy was previously employed at Federal Express for twenty-two years.
Randy loves children, and is passionate about using the recreation ministry to reach people for the Lord.
His life verse is Psalm 56:3 “What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee”.
