At Ridgeway Baptist Church we desire to come alongside parents in helping them build a strong spiritual foundation for their children.
Wednesday Night Programs:
Pre-K – 1st Grade participate in Mission Friends. Mission Friends® provides the building blocks of faith and a basic awareness of God’s love for all people. Our preschoolers learn through hands-on mission activities.
2nd – 6th graders meet in the Christian Life Center at 6:00pm for Children’s choir and Bible Skills, Drills, and Thrills. Bible Drill is a fun way for our kids to work on scripture memorization, key Bible passages, and more through a variety of fun activities and games. Our 4-6th graders will participate in our church Bible Drill with the opportunity to move on to the Mid-South Baptist Association Drill and the Regional Drill.
Sunday Morning:
Bible Fellowship: We have a loving nursery for babies and classes for toddlers through 6th grade. Our classes start at 9:00am on Sunday morning. Come join us for a great time of fellowship and learning more about God’s word.
Sunday PM:
Nursery provided for babies and toddlers. Pre-K through Kindergarten participate in a hands-on lesson that focuses on Bible truths.
Activities:
Preschool Olympics—Saturday, February 25, 9:30-11:30 in the Christian Life Center.
Church Bible Drill—March 2012
Kid’s Night Out End of Year Party —(for members and visitors)—May 18, 6-9pm.
Resurrection Fun Day—Saturday, March 31, 2012. 9:30-11:30am in the Christian Life Center.
Vacation Bible School—June 4-8th.
Summer Camp—July 2012 (Date TBA)
Harvest Festival—October 2012
Kid’s Mission Adventure—November 2012. Kid’s Pre-K thru 3rd take an adventure and learn about Missions around the world. Date: TBA.
